1. What this is
Silvester Studio CRM is a private, single-user tool used internally by Sylvester Studio (Chișinău, Republic of Moldova) to manage its own client work, content pipeline and time records. It is not a commercial product, is not offered for sale, and is not open to public registration.
2. Who may use it
Access is limited to the owner and operator of Sylvester Studio. No other party is granted a right to use the app.
3. Google account access
The app may, with explicit consent, connect to a Google Calendar using read-only access in order to display events. Access can be withdrawn at any time from within the app or from your Google Account permissions page. Use of Google data is described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Data
All data is stored locally on the operator’s own computer. The operator is solely responsible for backing it up. No hosting, storage or transmission service is provided.
5. No warranty
The app is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. It may contain errors and may be changed or discontinued at any time without notice.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sylvester Studio accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from use of the app, including loss of data.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova.
